Throughout pre-onboarding, you’ll be in touch with our expert advisors. We record your firm’s information in our CRM system just once — including service expectations, software used, and contact preferences.

You'll be introduced to your dedicated Operations Manager, who oversees your engagement and acts as your main point of contact for work delivery and issue resolution.

Upon successful completion of the trial, we formalize the engagement with a 12-month contract (30-day notice for termination). The agreement outlines:

The scope of services is documented in your agreement — including tasks, timelines, and client interaction protocols. Some firms prefer the offshore team to handle client communication, while others retain full control. Any changes to scope are confirmed in writing or updated in the agreement.

Your Operations Manager conducts regular progress reviews — typically weekly at the start, transitioning to monthly once the workflow stabilizes. We stay flexible to your preferences.

We proactively suggest improvements in processes, workflow, and data handling to enhance efficiency. Your feedback is regularly reviewed to ensure our service keeps evolving with your business.

To ensure transparency and quality, feedback is collected independently of the offshore team. A senior Finex manager may reach out for confidential discussions about team performance or to resolve concerns. We encourage feedback via platforms like Trustpilot and showcase client testimonials on our website.
